Anna Marrow is a British printmaker, illustrator, and image-maker celebrated for her vibrant visual storytelling that merges Pop Art, Fantasy Art and Street Art influences. Drawing inspiration from her childhood, Anna often incorporates vintage objects from the seventies - televisions, radios, and cars - to capture a specific moment in time.
Read MoreShe often turns her attention to alpine themes, creating bold retro ski prints, lively chairlift art, and colourful ski resort wall prints that combine the
charm of vintage design with contemporary pop sensibility.
Anna’s creative process combines photographic, digital, and autographic
techniques. Each piece begins as a hand-drawn sketch before evolving into a collage and finally a detailed screen print. By juxtaposing ordinary settings
with whimsical figures and cinematic references, she creates vivid ski resort wall art that celebrate nostalgia, imagination, and the joy of storytelling.
For Chalet Art Store we have curated
a selection of her retro ski prints and chairlift art prints that blend humour and
nostalgia, transforming everyday scenes into playful narratives featuring
glamorous and unexpected characters.
Anna has been selected for six edits of the The Other Art Fair, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and the 2020 London edition. She has had work purchased for the ‘Central Saint Martin’s contemporary collection’ and she has been selected for the Woolwich contemporary print fair 2018, 2019 and 2020.
