The scene centres on chairlifts gliding silently across a sunlit ski resort landscape. Without skiers or figures, the composition highlights the elegant geometry of the lift lines against the snowy slopes and cloudy alpine sky. Steph Fonteyn is a British artist based in Switzerland whose work is inspired by the visual culture of alpine resorts.
